1 large stalk kale
1 tsp Chlorella or Spirulina (depending on your taste preference)
1 cup spinach leaves
1/2 fresh lemon (juice)
1/2 small banana
1/2 green apple
Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
3-4 ice cubes (handful)
1 cup coconut water
1 scoop Rebuild Protein (Natural, Choc or Banana)
Chuck it all in a blender and wiz it altogether.
